Refund policy

Our no-stress promise: if Settle isn't for you, contact us within 30 days for a refund, even on an opened pack. We'd rather earn your trust than have you feel stuck.

To start a return, email hello@settletapes.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

For hygiene reasons, we may not require you to ship opened packs back. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace or refund it with no return needed.
